Not only the founder and president of Leon Speakers, Kaplan is also an artist, a designer, and an entrepreneur. For 25 years, he and his team have been leading the conversation on merging design with technology, bringing a creative approach and innovative, award-winning products to the A/V industry.
Kaplan has seen Leon grow from a one-man-shop in a garage to a multi-million dollar business, with 50+ employees that has consistently made Inc. 5000’s list of “Fastest-Growing Companies in the U.S.” Kaplan is a firm believer that art and music shape our culture and that a business is like a sculpture: a never-ending work in progress.
