On July 24, RoseWater Energy Group brought on Angela Smith as the Director of Operations. RoseWater Energy is a designer and manufacturer of comprehensive and intelligent power conditioning and management systems.
“Angela’s leadership and logistical prowess, coupled with her extensive industry experience, make her a perfect fit for our dynamic team. We are confident in her ability to streamline our operations. This will include being forward facing with our valued dealer partners ensuring the seamless delivery and commissioning of our Hubs,” said David Laikind, Vice President of RoseWater Energy Group.

Smith brings a wealth of experience to her new role as Director of Operations which spans over 27 years through various positions in retail, sales, and management. In this integrator-facing role, Smith’s responsibilities will include overseeing the Hub order processing, delivery, and commissioning.
As a testament to her track record in management and operations, Smith expanded a corporate fleet from ten to over 200 vehicles ranging from passenger cars to heavy-duty Department of Transportation (DOT) vehicles, in her previous role as lead of operations. Additionally, she managed all aspects of insurance, registrations, maintenance, and accident claims. Smith also holds ISO standards certifications in 9001, 14001, and 45001. As an internal auditor, she ensured adherence to stringent quality, environmental, and safety standards.
“Angela’s comprehensive understanding of logistics, project management, and her unique ability to coordinate labor, materials, travel, vehicles, lodging, and logistics for more than 30 crews is impressive,” Laikind continued. “We are excited to have her onboard as we continue to innovate and grow.”
